Who These Terms Cover
These terms apply to businesses, fleets, dealerships, municipalities, property managers and other organisations with a TrueNorth commercial account. They supplement the Terms of Service and Roadside and Towing Service Terms.
Authorised Users
- The account holder nominates the people who can request service on the account.
- Requests made by an authorised user bind the organisation.
- Notify us immediately when someone leaves so we can remove their authority.
- We may verify authority by callback before dispatching high-value or heavy-duty work.
Purchase Orders and References
Every TrueNorth job receives a P.O.# tracking reference. Commercial accounts can also supply their own internal reference, cost centre or unit number at request time so invoices reconcile against your systems.
Invoicing and Payment Terms
- Approved accounts are invoiced on agreed terms rather than paying at completion.
- Invoices itemise service type, equipment class, distance, wait time and surcharges.
- Late balances may accrue interest and pause account privileges.
- Credit limits may be applied and reviewed periodically.

Insurance and Liability
TrueNorth maintains commercial vehicle and on-hook coverage as required by law. Liability for commercial jobs is limited as set out in the Terms of Service unless a signed master service agreement states otherwise. A signed agreement always takes precedence over these published terms.
Account Changes and Termination
- Either party may close a commercial account with written notice.
- Outstanding balances remain payable after closure.
- We may suspend an account for non-payment, misuse or safety concerns.
Draft notice. This document is published as a working draft prepared by the TrueNorth operations team. It describes how the service actually runs today, but the final wording still requires review by qualified legal counsel before it is relied on as a binding agreement.
